to an enlightening and interesting^ dis
cussion of the group life insurance
plan by Mr. Van Vanette,“ group life
insurance manager of the West Coast
Life Insurance Go. of San Francisco,
and then enjoyed peppermint candy
ice çreâtn, chocolate cake and coffee,
generously served by our „able refresh
ment committee.
Nominations -for .delegates, to be
voted on at our next meeting, number
three of our lady members. No dames

confidence) I will -give' the complete
list and you can pick out the fair ones
if you are "sharp,” Your delegates will

Every member of this* chapter« is
urged to seriously., gdfisider the group
life insurance plan which the AssoMa^
tion .offers to its members. There are
manÿ members who have already signed
up, but we • are ^supposed to sigh up
75 per dent, which means m any more
applications should be teceived toi^fake
it effective for the chapter. This in
surance plan is lOw^eostr available;, to
all regardless of physical'condition and
means a large,; strong membership if it
is placed in operafidhylt is among the
first things which is being done as an
exclusive benefit’ to OSEA members;
all other activities have helped all state
employees. However, the insurance o'f-
-fefJis1 not stHctly exclusive, as all
state employees- are welcome to join
with us at ,-any time. ■
Our chapter7will ha-Ve many inter
esting things to talk about in the'com
ing months. Every member will enjby

O ur new officers „have taken over
and have the situation; well in hand.
Our picnic was held Jaf Bear Springs.
