CHAPTER No. 12

Creek section maintenance crew, is
the proud father of a son, born July
10, weight 7 pounds,

and sop are doing well.
Last year the Klamath Falls chapter
held its annual picnic' at Denton park,
on the Crater Lake highway. Such a
good time was Kad, that we are hold­
ing it there again this year, on August
24. Coffee, ice cream, and pop will be
furnished by thé O.S.E.A., but bring
your lunch basket, well filled. George
Van Horn is always hungry Any
liquid refreshments should be checked
with your correspondent, so he will
know where to find them.

H The entertainment was made up of
a showing of beautiful Oregon travel
movies by Ted Rosin, now acting pho­
tographer for the Travel Bureau of
the Highway Commission and the ap­
pearance of a male quartet originated
in the chapter. Members of the quartet
are Reynolds Ohmart, Garland Hollo­
well, LeRoy McDuffie and Oliver
Huston. After the crowd had indulged
in group singing, some versés were
sung by the quârtet with choruses of
CAPITOL CHAPTER No. 19
Chapter 19 had its finest party on
June 9 in the basement of the Salem
Women’s club, when a big pot-luck
dinner was s e r v e d to an over-flow
crowd. This is the ideal kind of meet­
ing for attendance since papa has to
follow mama to get fed; or if papa
is; the employee, then it’s easy to per-
