Mr. Claude M. Johns, gave the re
port of the Civil Service Committee.
The 40-hour, five day week, and the
correction of salary inequities in the
pay plan are. the main problems now
being processed by this committee.

magazine had been delayed so that the
final results of the legislative session
could be presented in full.

way employees, discrepancies in several
Civil Service classifications and com
pensation rates, the affect of, the 40
hour week on hourly paid employees
and the lack of information about As
sociation activities.
Dave Cameron, Chairman of Insur
ance Committee, reported the progress
being made by his committee. Several
insurance companies had prepared re-
ports which had not as yet been re
ceived by the committee. Mr. Cameron
