dent, was guest speaker at the meeting
on March 5. He discussed Senate Bills
Noi,S k , No. 127, and No. 65, and re­
ported on their, priogres^' and meaning
to state emploÿëés. Members asked him
questions abqüt ’ thèse and the stand
taken by. the Association qn such ques­
tions as the sales ja x ' and other contro­
versial matters- now before the legisla­
ture1. The dessert committee consisted
of Loretta Fisher and Mary Keefer, who'
provided' quantities-of coffee,jce crèairi

combination, is. it? And we hope todbe
just that too, a SUCCESS!

Gerievieve Kirtley, Vice'President; Ida'
Humphries, Treasurer; and Jane Her­
man, Secretary. A ll. are-tried' arid true,

ing us with* our charter, both officers
