C. W. Wright, chief of the division
of grain inspection, and a charter mem­
ber of Ag" chapter, and his staff, are
now located at 1517N.W . Hoyt Street,
Portland. The Portland branch office,
which boasts several chapter members,
is doing business in the Governor build­
ing since the Oregon building was taken
over by a utility. And Haskell Andrews,
shipping point supervisor there, now
has offices at 3 3 5 S. E. Morrison. )
Agricultural chapter hasn’t scheduled
regular meetings during the year, but
every member is vitally interested in
OSEA and appreciative of its work and
efforts in behalf of the whole system.

EVERGREEN CHAPTER No. *28
The Evergreen chapter of the Oregon
State Employees Association met iitt the
State Hospital auditorium on Friday
evening, December 13, with 50 mem­
bers present.
Mr. Loren White, of the State In­
dustrial Accident Commission, was
guest speaker. He spoke on the accom­
plishments of the association, and the

things it hoped to accomplish in the
future.
At the November meeting the mem­
bers elected their officers for the com­
ing year. Our popular president, Billy
Wilson, was reelected for that office,
and C. H. Jarvis was elected vice-
president for another term. The other
officers elected were Miss Henrietta
Bear, treasurer; and Mrs. Archie Shel­
ton, secretary. These officers were in­
stalled at the December meeting.
The chapter is making plans for a
