ture in Oregon. The Association has
no specific tax program as it does not
presume to be qualified to formulate
or to pass judgment on matters of this
nature. However, we will support those
measures which present equitable means
of raising revenue with which to main­
tain and improve public service and
with which to help Oregon become a
leader among the states of the Pacific
Northwest.
