One of the features provided for the
entertainment of delegates and visitors
to the recent Council meeting was a

Top Hatters under the direction of Guy
Albin, the father of the secretary of
the Siac Chapter.
A social room was provided by the
Dance Committee for those who wished
to relax and talk instead of dancing.
Guests from all parts of the state
and representing most of the chapters
were present. Many a reunion with old
friends was noted. Everyone seemed to
be filled with the party spirit and good
fellowship and fun prevailed.
Arranging the affair were Webb
Ross, chairman, Maxine Orth, Jim
Turnbull, Gilbert Wynkoop and six
teen assistants.
