and in writing; willingness to accept,
and ability to fulfill responsibility for
planning, organizing, installing, and di
recting a program of public personnel
administration in a large State service;

ciples, techniques, terminology and pro
cedures of modern public personnel ad
ministration in all of its phases.

completed all phases of the entrance test

veteran has a certified service connect
ed disability of not less than 10 per

preference will be sent information and
instructions.
C ertification
All candidates to be certified will be
subject to personal investigation as to
character and accuracy of statements
made in the application and in the ex
amination. A medical examination may
be; included.
