British Seek "Four Decencies"
After this war is won, British labor
will not be content with the four free
doms alone but will also demand four
decencies, the 7$th annual Trades Un
ion Congress, which met recently at
Southport, England, warned govern
ment and employers. As defined by the
Congress, the four decencies are decent
jobs, decent sociay security, decent edu
cation, and decent homes.
