ORGANIZATION IS NECESSARY
Organization is as necessafy for state
employees as it has been for other
groups. Life is fast becoming so com
plicated that without organization, the
individual’s interests are overlooked
and lost in a maelstrom of divergent
interests.
State employees are invited to join
the association and take an active part
supporting and cooperating in its oper
ation.
The Association is non political, is
opposed to all methods of force, and
relies solely upon the power of reason
and education to achieve its progress.
