1. All entrants must be a minimum of twenty-
one years of age, unless tribal member.
2. Must be a member of Chinook Winner's
Circle to participate.
3. Each member of Chinook Winner's Circle
may receive one free entry per day with the
presentation of his or her card to the
Chinook Winner's Circle.
4. Members of Chinook Winner's Circle -
receive one free entry for every ten (TO)
points earned during the promotional
period.
5. Members of Chinook Winner's Circle will
receive one free entry for every blackjack
with a $ 1 0 minimum wager.
6. Members of Chinook Winner’s Circle
receive one free entry for every $40 buy-in
in the poker room.
7. Members of Chinook Winner's Circle will
receive one free entry for each bingo pack .

8. Members of Chinook Winners Circle will
receive one free entry for any $5 or more bet
on the Race Book.
9. Members of Chinook Winners Circle will
receive one free entry for every purchase of
$5 more Keno ticket.
10. Members of Chinook Winner's Circle will
receive one free entry for every full price
purchase in either the Siletz Room
dr buffet.
11. All entries must be completed fully in order
to qualify.
12.. Mail-in entries will not be accepted.
13. Entry forms are not transferable.
14. Only those entry forms produced by
Chinook Winds Casino are valid.
15. Mutilated, altered, photocopied, or illegible
entries will not be accepted.
16. Drawings will be held every Monday at
6:00 pm, 6:30 pm, 7:00 pm, 7:30 pm, and
8:00 pm.
17. Participants in the drawing must be present
to win.
18. Participants have five (5) minutes to present
themselves to the drawing area to be
eligible for the prizes. If the selected
individual is not present, another drawing
will take place. Drawings will continue
until a winner is present.
19. All five winners for the night must be
present at 8:00 pm to be eligible to win the
cash prizes. If any of the winners
or the evening is not present at 8:00 pm, he
or she will forfeit the chance to win a cash
prize.
20. Employees of Chinook Winds are not
eligible to enter the drawings.
21. Winners are subject to all applicable taxes.
22. Chinook Winds reserves the right to revise
dr cancel this promotidn without notice.
23. Additional rules and regulations may be
implemented and will be posted at the
Chinook Winner’s Circle.
24. Chinook Winds Casino is sole judge, and
it's decision will be considered final

We're dressing up for Halloween at Chinook Winds Casino by turning
our Convention Center into an extra scary haunted house. Once you have
made it through, we’ll have a Halloween feast and a live band ready to help
you dance the night away. So wear your scariest costume and dancing
shoes, because your $7.00 cover charge includes the tricks and the treats.
Make your plans now. It's sure to be a frighteningly good time.
Must be 21 years of age or older to attend. Costumes that fully
disguise the identity of the wearer will not be allowed.
The Chinook W inds Casino and Convention Center will host an open
“Haunted House" from October 26 until Halloween night. Children are
welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. Hours are from 2:OOpm
Mark your calendars now for New Years Eve to be at the Chinook Winds
Casino and Convention Center. The marketing department is planning an

Country Singing legend Kenny Rogers
- aka 'The Gambler* - will appear at Chinook Winds Casino & Convention
Center on Thursday, October 3, 1996 to film a series of television
commercial advertisements for the casino. Beloved actors Phyllis Diller and
Jamie Farr (Klinger from T V s MASH) will accompany him. The public is
welcome to attend the f i l m i n g and possibly take part as an extra which will
occur all day b e g i n n i n g around 8:00 am and ending sometime in the
evening.
Rogers - who recently agreed to commercially represent the casino
and has since popped up on it’s billboards and in it’s radio advertisements -
works exclusively , with tribal gaming operations. For more information call
