Oregon Constitution and is required to maintain the normal operation of the
educational program including employee salaries and fringe benefits, energy costs,
insurance, supplies, maintenance and other regular costs. If this measure is app
roved, $456,195 of the taxes levied will be totally financed by local taxpayers
without any partial state payment. The estimated tax rate will be $6.25 per $1,000
of the true cash value exclusive of the amount levied within the authorized tax
base.
