Notice is hereby given that the Upper Nehalem Valley Citizen
Planning Advisory Committee and the Mist-Birkenfeld Citizen
Planning A dvisory Committee will hold a joint m eeting on
Wednesday, March 28, 1979 at 7:30 pm at the M ist Gym for the
purpose of discussing the Inventory Part I, urbanization and land use
survey.
All local residents and property owners are invited to attend. For

Commission has fixed the 2nd day of April 1979 at 8:30 pm in the
Circuit Courtroom, Third Floor, Courthouse, St. Helens, Oregon as
the time and place for a public hearing at the request of Boyd Ruby
for a major partition (road creation). The subject property is located
in Township 4 North, Range 4 West, Section 3 off Nehalem Riva*
Highway. If granted it will allow the applicant to divide property
located in the Vernonia Urban Growth Boundary.
