th e evening in th e W ashington Grade
School gym . T he program th is y ear will
featu re a unique sketch composed and
d irected by A r t in stru cto r Doug Tesdal.
S everal stu d e n ts have auditioned for
spoken dialogue. T he m usic classed have
p rep ared se v era l selections of m usic for
th e festive season. A rt stu d e n ts will
devise a sta g e se ttin g for th e play. The
play will fe a tu re all of th e children of th e
school in a b e ttin g of p rep aratio n for, and
celebration of C hristm as.
T he Bands of W ashington G rade School
under th e d irection o f Band L ead er W ard
N elson will com bine for sev eral pieces
ap p ro p riate to th e occasion.
A. highlight of th e evening will be th e
p resen tatio n by th e K in d erg arten under
th e guidance of M rs. G inger Johns:
P a re n ts and friends of th e children a re
welcom e to a tte n d th is annual ev en t. Due
to o th e r com m itm ents, S an ta Claus will
not m ake a v isit to th e school a t th is tim e.
