Petitions have been filed with the
postoffice department asking for two
extensions of delivery service on Willa
mina Houle One. The first extension
would start at the end of Gold Creek
and run one-half mile to the J. H. Pat
terson place, and would serve nine fam
ilies. The second extension would be
from Old Grand Rondo the remainder
of the distance to the W. E. Crowell
place, one-half mile, the route now serv
ing one mile of the 1| miles distance.
Eight additional families would have
improved mail service by this ex tension.
