Dated October 2, 1957. RESOLUTION: WHEREAS, Mr. Charles E. Fox, Langlois, Oregon, complain ed to the County Court that h i s property on Willow Creek had been damaged by flooding, said flooding having been caused by certain work that had been done on the stream bed of said Willow Creek by the county road crew, whereby the loosened gravel had washed and filled the stream-bed causing gravel to wash from said stream -bed onto his field and pasture land, and WHEREAS, after examination and investigation by the County Court of Curry County, the said County Court did not concur or agree with Charles E. Fox as to the cause of damage, hnd WHEREAS, Mr. Charles E. Fox suggested that a committee be chosen, consisting of three men, to w it:-O n e man to be chosen by himself, one man to be chosen by the County Court and the third man, chosen by the first two chosen, to view the property and to determine the cause of the damage, if there was damage, and if the damage or any part w as caused by the county road crew, to determine the extend of said d a m a g e and set the amount of money due as compensation, for said damage, and he, Charles E.
