An interesting program has been p l a n n e d , with dancing and re ­ freshm ents after its conclusion. GUSTAFSON'S RETURN FROM EUROPEAN TRIP Mr. and M rs . Fred Gustaf­ son returned home last Wednes­ day from a six months trip which took them to many parts of Eur­ ope. They drove to New York last April, taking a month for the trip , and then sailed to Germany on the USS America. They rent­ ed a car for their stay in Europe and visited Germany, France and other countries b e f o r e going to Sweden where they visited re la t­ ives until the last of August. They h a d pianned to s a i l home on a companion ship to the America, b u t decided to f ly home to New York. T h e y visited Mrs. Gus­ tafson's two sons, Thor and Ole Ask and their families on Vashon I s l a n d in Puget Sound on their way home. ANNA WALDIEN CELEBRATES 83RD BIRTHDAY M rs.
