i m ust be of legal age, a citizen
of th e United States, unable to
get cred it from o th er sources and
have had farm experience or
train in g sufficient to indicate
reasonable prospects of continu­
ing successful farm ing operations.
He m ust be an established farm er,
conducting substantial farm ing

portion of his tim e farming. The

source of outside income.
The loan ap p lican t’s farm must
be of such size and productive
