a new U. S. 101 between Gold
Beach and Brookings will start
within the next 2 week, a delega­
tion from the Oregon Coast As­
sociation was told at the state
W'ay commission meeting in Port­
land Friday,
Agents will start acquiring
right of way between Gold Beach
and Cape Sebastion as quickly as
additional help can be hired. The
delegation was told that $1,393,-
000 In highway bonds funds ear­
marked last year plus $2,(XX),000
of ’58 federal aid money is still
being held for use in this district.
