NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN :
* That the report of the City
Engineer, as provided and re-
□uired to be submitted in Res­
olution No. 14, adopted March
07th, 1956, covering and estab­
lishing a Special Assessment
District within the corporate
limits of Brookings, Oregon,
known as Area No. 7 Sanitary
Sewer Project, has been filed in
the office of ths Recorder as
of June 10th, 1956, and is avail­
able for evamination in said re­
corder’s office. The estimated
nrobable cost of such improve­
ments is $37,370.00. A brief
statement of the area proposed
to be assessed for such improve­
ment is as follows, to-wit:
