A pedigree Border Cbllie pup
was received by Leo Lucas last
week from the French Camp,
near Stockton, California, the
trip being made by express. Due
to the padlocking of the freight
company in Crescent City, which
handled the express shipments,
the arrival of the puppy was de

bor, her crate was on the porch
of the Post Office for a few hoc. s

up, and everyone, especially the
children, enjoyed stopping and
visiting with the friendly animal.
