Bid award will be made on the basis of the largest
total lump sum bid. The State makes no guarantee as to
the quantity or quality of the timber to be sold hereunder.
Payment: Cash payment in full shall be required
with bid.
Prospective bidders should secure a copy of the
prospectus covering terms of the sale from thè office of
the State Forester, 2600 State Street, Salem, Oregon,
or Coos Forest Protective Association Headquarters,
Coos Bay, Oregon.
The State Forester reserves the right to waive minor
technicalities or to reject any or all bids.
