F or m any of them , it was th e ir
first visit and several did not even
know w here th e building was.
The visit followed a short talk
on the facility» by M. S. B rainard,
of the City L ibrary Com m ittee, in
which Mr. B rainard told of the
evolution of th e library, now' had
been tu rn ed over to the com m un
ity and w’hich w ould cost them but
a very few dollars to m aintain.
The R otarians, who visited, each
co n trib u ted to the Association
F und and steps have been ta k en
to fu rth e r add to th eir co n trib
utions. Not only th at, but some
of them discussed the m a tte r of
interesting the club, as a whole,
in the project.
