R egarding Iho s ta te hydroelec­
trical com m ission’s obpection to

th e pro|»osed dam , the board
sta te s it w ould not consider build­
ing th e dam unless it w ere both
econom ical anil feasible. U ntil p re ­
lim inary studies a re com pleted,
they pointed out, th e re can be no
real d eterm in atio n of pow er costs.
