became the bride of Eddy G ra­
ham, son of Mr. and Mrs. W il­
lard Graham , on Sunday, May
31 at 4:00 p.m. Rev. Manson
M etcalf officiated at the cere-
mony.
A fter a short wedding trip the
couple are at home in the Brook­
ings area.
Doreen M arie arrived a t the
home of H erbert and Erm a Fritz
of Brookings on June 6. The little
lady weighed eight pounds and
1 *2 ounces.
Obituary
A. C. Thompson passed aw^ay
near Harbor, Ore., June 1, 1933.
He was born at Azusa. Calif., on
July 1. 1879. He is survived by
his widow’, Minnie, at the H arbor
home, a sister, Mrs. K ate W eb­
ste r of Pomona. Calif., sister-in-
law of Mrs. L aura Vincent of
Ilafbor, and by his brother, Kirk
Thompson of Pomona.
Funeral services were held on
Thursday. June 4. 1933, at 2:00
p.m. from the Roeder Funeral
Home. Rev. Hugh Bronson offi­
ciating. Masonic commital ser­
vices were held at Sm ith River
cem etery by Sidney Croft Lodge
No. 206, AF&AM of Brookings.
Pallbearers were Charles Schall,
Vern Hanscam. Elm er Hanscam,
'n d re w Hoffeldt, Tony Olsen and
Vern Cross.
Mr. Thompson was a resident
for m any years in the Harbor
area and had a host of close
friends here. He was a member
of the Masonic lodge, and the
local grange in which he had held
high offices several times.

22 and end July 3. Registerations
will be held there on Saturday,
June 19.
All children from age 4 to 15,
