A tw o-car head-on collision on

lice investigation indicated that
Vowell was on the wrong side of

dle line. Mr. Vowell told f>olice
he was blinded by the lights.

were badly shaken up and bruised
and Mr. Vowell suffered a broken
rib.
Officer Bud Cross said that he
had difficulty m aking friends with
the police dog owned by Mr.
