The V.F.W. will give a dance
on S aturday night. March 14 and
expect to begin a series which
will be held every two weeks.
Music will be furnished by the
Dons.
The public is cordially invited
and all funds a fte r expenses will
go into the V.F.W. treasury for
the philanthropic work which is
the sole reason for the organiza
tion’s existence.
Many a Vet
owes his break to the V eterans
organization.
There are cases where a de
serving and ailing veteran who
needs medical care can be assist
ed by the V.F.W. to cut unlim it
ed red tape and get the hospital
ization he needs.
A lot of this work is being done
right here in Brookings and your
presence at the dance gives us a
pleasant evening and helps to pro
vide funds for this w orthy work.
