the narrowness o f the streets of
Brookings. T hat makes p a rk in g
a big problem . I t also increases
tr a ffic hazards, w ith the increase
we have of population. To get the
fu lle s t use of o u r streets, I believe
there m ust be p a rk in g on but one
side, and th a t a ll streets m ust be
paved, u ith some h o rt o f black-
topping, lik e th a t used by the
state highways. These are m en­
tioned to p u t you people to th in k ­
in g —and planning.
