Smorgasbord Planned For Saturday By Smith River Group

T . A. is sponsoring, this S a tu r­
day, March 15, its annual sm or­
gasbord, expecting to exceed the
last y e a r’s record perform ance.
The dinner hour will be from
d:30 to 9:00 p. m. Ted W estbrook
will play his o rg a n - and John
Frost the accordion throughout
the dinner hour. This will be a
real Swedish Smorgasbord, pre­
pared by tho^e who reallk know
how. There will also lie a ham

Panel Discussion
Youth Problems and from th<

day evening at the March m eet­
ing of P.-T. A. at the school, when
M ary Lou Berger, Bob Curtis and
Leslie Pullen gave the viewpoint
of youth. Speaking for the p a r­
ents were Virgil Goldsberry, Carl
B erger and Mrs. A. Zook. Mod
e ra to r was LaVerne Landauer.
Mrs. Doherty, of the faculty,
was advisor of the students.
At the election of officers. Mrs.

no doubt about service.

sponsored by Girl Scouts, will be
held for the children; Bingo is
planned for the older boys and

to be given to the community li­
brary. P.-T. A. members are u rg ­
ed to bring food to the m arket,
or notify one of the com m ittee
if it should I k * picked up.
On March 28, the P.-T. A. will
sponsor a youth party at the gym,
as part of the youth movement
in the area.
