ices were held Monday afternoon
at 2:30 from the Baptist Com­
munity church for A. F. ’Ait”
Stonehouse, who died suddenly
at his home last Wednesday

were conducted at James Ward
Memorial cemetery, with Rev.
E. C. Hicks in charge. Mrs. Web­
ster Hibbard was reader at the
final rites.
Born in Canada, Jan. 24, 1879,
Mr. Stonehouse was a,graduate
engineer, and for many years was
identified with lumber interests
in Klamath falls, coming to this
area about eight years ago, after
his retirement.
Surviving are his widow’, Ma­
bel, of this area; tour sisters:
Mrs. Nell Richardson of Her­
mosa Beach, Calif., Mrs. Etta
Williams of Hollywood, Mrs. El­
sa Dunne of Los Olivos, Calif,
Mrs. Maud Buchanan of Los An­
geles.
