WHY NOT SCHOOL EXPANSION?
Three years ago, or a little more, when District No. 17 voted
bonds in amount of about $112,000 to erect a grade school and to
make additions to the high school building, believed it had solved
the situation adequately for years to come. Today, what does Dist.
No. 17 finds itself in really more pinched conditions than before
the building was erected so great has become the school enroll­
ment in this district. The situation will not ease one particle, either,
