Two Teams Meet Sunday, Here
While Tuesday’s game wasn t
“official” the Pelicans will have
a chance, Sunday, to make it so
when the two teams meet on the
local diamond in the first offi
cially-scheduled league game De
twt , n the two. Several players
will be flown down from Cor
vallis to help the Pelicans, and
it is the earnest prayer of the
group to break into the win col
umn in the league. Crescent City
hasn’t fared any too well either,
as league standings will attest.
