their regular meeting on Thurs
day afternoon at the club rooms
of the Community Hall, with the
president, Mrs. Ida Hall, in charge
of the business session. The de
votions were in charge of Mrs.
Ethel Goodlin, who put on a spe
cial program with Week of Pray
er and Self-Denial, as the topic.
Members of the society took part.
During the business session,
Mrs. Kenneth Layman, chairman
of the bazaar, announced the
bazaar will be held on Thursday
afternoon, Nov. 17. There will be
a food sale and a novelty table.
Doors will open at 2:30 p. m.
The traveling apron will be
sent around to members and all
friends for donations. Mrs. Lener
Moore will be in charge. At the
close of the afternoon, cake and
coffee will be served by Evelyn
Reichlin and Elizabeth Morrison.
