Beach on their floor Friday eve­
ning. Gold Beach lost to Ophir
last Friday.

The intermediate group of the
newly-organized Girl Scout troop
enjoyed a Christmas party, Sun­
day evening at the Odd Fellows
hall. The girls arranged their
own program which consisted of
games, movies and refreshments.
Many mothers, and a couple of
fathers were present.

ton over the week-end.
The local Christian Science So­
ciety purchased a scenic lot at
corner of Myrtle and Pine, for
purpose of building a new’ church.
This transfer was made through
the Lower Real Estate Agency.
