Them Dream!!
Save those little bodies for useful work
A DIME.......... 10c...........will buy a cup of coffee, an
ice aream cone, and a few small bars of candy the
taste of which lingers but a short time. ou.do this
daily for a week, and you still have gained little ex
cept some personal satisfaction.
HOWEVER, you can really get a lot of satisfaction
from a dime, over the same period of time, if you heed
the call of dimes—to fight that scourge of humanity
infantile paralysis—by dropping them in convenient
c< ntainers, or by mailing in your dime packet.
THOSE BODIES twisted by this malady may be sal
vaged—they may realize their dreams of being strong
and useful in our system ot society. The cost, you
must remember, is teriffic for the family so stricken,
but a few of us putting our dimes to work will see
this job done.
OCR COMMUNITY is not immune to infantile paral
ysis. t might strike at any time, and then most of
us would realize how inadc quately we have previously
subscribed to this cause. We, the various lumber busi
nesses of this community, wish to take the lead in
making this appeal to you. Please help those so affict-
ed to become useful citizens—think what a few dimes
can* do—and give—give—give, and then give a little
more.
