i Mrs. Frances Bigham recom-
. mends the following recipe:
CHOCOLATE ROLL
5 eggs.
5 teaspoons cocoa
5 tablespoons sugar
Beat yolks of eggs and sugar
10 minutes. Add cocoa. Beat un­
til light. Beat whites until they
are dry and fold in to above mix­
ture. Spread this in an oiled pan.
Bake slowly 20 to 25 minutes at
( 250 degrees. Turn out on cloth
sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Roll up in a roll. Let set 10 min­
utes. Unroll, spread with whipped
cream and re-roll. Serve with
chocolate sauce.
