. mends the following recipe:
CHOCOLATE ROLL
5 eggs.
5 teaspoons cocoa
5 tablespoons sugar
Beat yolks of eggs and sugar
10 minutes. Add cocoa. Beat un
til light. Beat whites until they
are dry and fold in to above mix
ture. Spread this in an oiled pan.
Bake slowly 20 to 25 minutes at
( 250 degrees. Turn out on cloth
sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Roll up in a roll. Let set 10 min
utes. Unroll, spread with whipped
cream and re-roll. Serve with
chocolate sauce.
