not only would the building rise more quickly, but w ith less c r iti­
cism from the (leople as a whole. Maybe it is old-fashioned to do
this m a com m unity enterprise way but n evertheless, som etim es
th e old-fashioned ways have proved best. T hink it o v er and tiltil in
