GINGERBREAD MIX
8 cups sifted flour
2 cups sugar
2 tblsp soda
3 tblsp. ginger.
4 tsp cinnamon. ,
lty p cloves.
2 c. (1 lb.) lard.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Cut in lard until m ixture looks
like cornmeal.
