ColdFire Brewing Company offi cially opened its taproom
on Jan. 23 at 263 Mill Street. The new brewery, headed
up by brothers Dan and Stephen Hughes, served three
delicious brews at The Bier Stein earlier in the month — a
Northwest ale, St. James IPA and an oatmeal stout. As
reported in our story on Navarro’s Latin Creole Kitchen,
Jorge Navarro and his food cart plans to collaborate with
the brewery.
