A fi ve-member dancing troupe
from Ashland, Ore., will make its
way north this Friday to share its
post-modern dance repertoire with
Eugene. Dancing People Company
will perform “Aspects of the Heart,”
which focuses on the four women in
the company and shares their views
on human relationships and life
experiences. It’s a common theme in
performances by DPC, as the group
tends to focus on the human need
for communication and a shared
sense of community. The company
has performed in far corners of the
world, including Japan and Poland,
so catch them now before they pick
up their travels again.
