Goldrich and Pease Holiday Show and Sale
768 W. 10th Ave.
If you’re out and about 11 am to 4 pm Saturday, Dec. 8, stop by and take stock of
Hannah Goldrich and Mike Pease’s annual Holiday Show and Sale. Pease’s paintings,
like the watercolor from the Island of Skyros ($300), feature rural and wild
landscapes. Goldrich’s jewelry, such as this sterling pendant with an Alaskan
fossilized coral and onyx ($400), is inspired by the stones they showcase.
Sweet Potato Pie
20 E. 11th Ave.
For those shopping for quirky, fun friends and relatives, Sweet Potato Pie sells a lot
more than just clothing. The utility belts come in leather ($120) or canvas ($60) and
have done the impossible by making the fanny pack look awesome. If it’s stocking
stuffers and small gifts you’re after, the Pie has a variety of hemp soaps ($7) and
salves ($6), plus fun, snarky and sarcastic magnets ($4).
Harlequin Beads and Jewelry
1027 Willamette St.
Whether you know an avid crafter or someone who makes jewelry every once in a while, a strand or
vial of beads (generally $2-$5) is always an appreciated gift. Wrap it up with a book (most are $20-
$30) that suits your giftee’s taste and you’re giving the gift of fun, productive rainy afternoons.
Urban Lumber Company
28 E. Broadway
Urban Lumber’s downtown showroom carries all sorts of
furniture and household items made from locally salvaged wood.
When the city or private landowners need to cut down a tree,
Urban Lumber reclaims the wood and makes sure it continues to
serve a purpose. The stylish cook in your life is sure to appreciate
a present like this black walnut cutting board with a live (natural)
edge ($40) or the black walnut and poplar mix ($75).
