of life for our dear Howard
Ingber who passed on
this Wednesday, July 18th
at the age of 63. He gave
life his all, leaving New
York City for the West
Coast as a young man,
joining the draft resisters
movement in California, living with integrity in
rural Canada, honing his skills and artistic sensibility
as a carpenter/contractor in Eugene, supporting
the WOW Hall as an active board member, and
cheerleading for the Village School in innumerable
ways as a dynamic volunteer and board member.
Most of all he was a dear friend to so very many,
actively involved in others’ lives, encouraging, and
sharing his spark and his passions. We love you,
Howie. You will be profoundly missed. Your light
will shine on through your children, stepchildren,
grandchildren, and life partner.
A Celebration of Life
will be held at the Mt. Pisquah Arboretum on
Tuesday, July 31st starting at 6PM
with a potluck dinner followed by a service at 7PM

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The Craft Center
Assistant Coordinator, Administration
supervises one Craft Center classified
employee, 40 workshop instructors, and 20
student staff. The individual in this position
serves as an advocate for the program and
the value of involvement in life-long learn-
ing and pursuit of creative endeavors. This
individual serves as a resource to and par-
ticipating member of the larger EMU staff.
The Craft Center Assistant Coordinator,
Administration works Monday through
Friday, 10:00am-6:30pm. The Craft Center is
open seven days a week. Officers of
Administration are expected to provide
support any and all days of the week in the
event of a Craft Center accident, or require-
ments of general operations, professional
level representation and special events.
