CONFLICT RESOLUTION: A SPIRITUAL
APPROACH a free public talk by John Tyler
on Tuesday, May 1 at 7:00 p.m. at 1390 Pearl
Street, Eugene. In the 1980s Tyler had the
privilege of working with a group of South
Africans to establish a constitutional
framework for post-apartheid South Africa.
The group’s work was eventually shaped
into a set of courts governed by a Truth and
Reconciliation Commission. Tyler, now a
practitioner and teacher of Christian
Science, will share ideas on forgiveness,
reconciliation and healing in every day life.
His talk will be followed by a question and
answer session.
