Hello everyone, Venus here to talk to you
about giving kittens for gifts. While it may
seem like a fun idea to surprise someone
with a kitten, they’re a lot of work. People
often don’t realize the cost of being the
caretaker of a free or almost free kitten.
It will take hundreds of dollars to spay/
neuter, vaccinate, test for disease, feed,
supply litter and take in for routine vet care,
not to mention emergencies. Before you bring a cat or kitten into your home,
all family members should spend time at the shelters holding and being
around multiple cats to check for allergies…it saves a lot of pain and trouble
in the long run. Always adopt from a responsible party whether it be a shelter,
rescue or private party and ask if the mother has been spayed yet. Never adopt
a kitten under 8 weeks old…they are not old enough to be away from mom
and still need her milk for immunities to common diseases. I hope this info will
help you and all the homeless kitties out there to have a happy holiday season.
Who doesn’t love a Labrador? Biba
is a 4 year old black lab who thinks
she’s a bloodhound. Take this girl
for a walk and she’ll lead you on
a sniffi ng odyssey. Biba is ready
to go home with an adventurous
spirit; someone who’s curious
nature and love of life can match
her own. Come out to Greenhill,
meet Biba, and fi nd out if you are
sniff -worthy!
Biba’s adoption fee of $100 includes her spay surgery, current vac-
cinations, microchip, certifi cate for a free veterinary exam, leash,
collar and more!
Join us Saturday Dec 10th for one of our favorite holiday tra-
ditions. Photos with Santa! Will be held at 5th Street Public Market

Substitution of Trustee was recorded on
September 22, 2011 as Reception No. 2011-
042642, which provides that Michael P.
Kearney, Attorney at Law, was substituted
as Trustee under such Trust Deed. Both the
beneficiary and the trustee have elected to
sell the real property to satisfy the obliga-
tions secured by the trust deed and a
notice of default has been recorded pursu-
ant to Oregon Revised Statutes 86.735(3);
the default for which the foreclosure is
made is grantor’s failure to pay when due
the following sums: Payment of $1,230.81
per month from November 2010 to date,
plus interest at 7% per annum from
November 2010 until paid; Grantor’s failure

able which is $176,862.60, plus accrued
interest and costs of foreclosure to the date
of payment. Notice is given that the under-
signed trustee will on February 17, 2012,

property which the grantor had or had
power to convey at the time of the execu-
tion by him of the trust deed, together with
any interest which the grantor or his suc-
cessors in interest acquired after the exe-
cution of the trust deed, to satisfy the
foregoing obligations thereby secured and

reasonable charge by the trustee. Notice is
further given that any person named in ORS

five days before the date last set for the
sale, to have this foreclosure proceeding

performance required under the obligation
or trust deed, and in addition to paying
such sums or tendering the performance
necessary to cure the default, by paying all
costs and expenses actually incurred in
enforcing the obligation and trust deed,
together with trustee’s and attorney’s fees
not exceeding the amounts provided by
said ORS 86.753. DATED: October 3, 2011.
