Marco and Pierre are 2 year old, male, smooth coated American
guinea pigs. These little guys weigh about 3 lbs each. Pierre has
black and white fur and brown eyes while Marco has tan and white
fur and pink eyes. They are very calm, friendly and social and would

We’re seeking enthusiastic and positive thinking Program
Managers for our neighborhood group homes for people with
developmental disabilities. The Program Manager oversees
all operations of designated programs, including supervis-
ing staff and ensuring adequate staffing is in place for all
shifts; ensuring program follows all policies, procedures, and
Administrative Rules; development and implementation of
individual support plans; and coordinates services for indi-
viduals. The successful candidate will have at least two years’
experience working with individuals with developmental dis-
abilities and leadership experience; a high school diploma or
GED; have the ability to relate effectively with clients, families
and staff and respond to crisis situations; and be able to meet
agency driving requirements. A pre-hire drug screen and
criminal background check are required.
