MUSIC Deb Cleveland & Dale
Ingrid Bergman and Cary Grant star in Alfred
Hitchcock’s 1946 thriller Notorious, which follows
the exploits of Nazis in post-WWII Brazil. Notorious
became notorious for a make-out session interrupted
by sweet nothings every three seconds to ward off the
sex censors. The 7pm Tuesday, Aug. 2 screening at the UO
Baker Downtown Center is part of DIVA’s Behind the Lens
Seminar, which examines a different fi lm and the culture
from which it emerged each Tuesday. This summer the seminar
features six more works of Alfred Hitchcock.
