amount remaining to be applied to the
outstanding liabilities of Taxpayer. The par-

offered for sale. The United States may bid
as a credit against its judgment without
tender of cash. The sale of the above
described real property shall be subject to
ORGANIC FARM STAND
confirmation by the Court. Upon confirma-
tion of the sale, the Internal Revenue
Service shall execute and Deliver a Quit
claim deed conveying each parcel of the
real property to the purchaser. Upon
Confirmation of the sale, all interests in,
liens against, and claims to, the parcel of
the real property that are held or asserted
by all parties to this action are discharged
or extinguished. The government reserves
the right to reject and all bids and to with-
draw the property from sale. The property
is offered for sale “as is” and “where is” and
without recourse against the United States.
The United States makes not guarantee of
condition of the property or its fitness for
any purpose. The United States will not
consider any claim for allowance or adjust-
ment or for the rescission of the sale based
on failure of the property to comply with
any expressed or implied representation.
The United States District Court entered a
judgment in this matter which is now final.
The United States will sell the real property
free and clear of the interest of any defen-
dant in the real property and the defen-
dants shall have no right to redeem the real
