satisfy the obligations secured by the
Trust Deed and a Notice of Default and
Election to Sell has been recorded pur-
suant to Oregon Revised Statues 86.735(3);
the default for which the foreclosure is
made is Grantor’s failure to pay the regu-
lar monthly payments, when due since
October 1, 2006, of $1807.78 each, plus
accrued interest, any additional payments
and late charges. By reason of this default
the Beneficiary has declared all sums
owing on the obligation secured by the
Trust Deed immediately due and payable
which are: $174,831.62 plus accrued inter-
est at the rate of 14.5% per annum, late
