The Sandy City Council plans to
hold a workshop on proposed changes
to a sign ordinance now that a com
m ittee studying the issue has com
pleted its work
Joe I-angella, the owner of a
downtown restaurant, and other
business people are proposing
changes to the city 's sign ordinance

other business people, with help from
several others, on proposed changes
to the code
Councilor Jim B uff said the council
would hold a workshop on the propos
ed changes, with business owners in
