James C. McCulloch was
riding his bicycle west on
Pleasant Street when he
collided with the car at the
intersection of Pleasant
and Scales Avenue
McCulloch told police
that he did not see the stop
sign at the intersection and
proceeded through when he
was struck by a 1982
